The body of the penguins is a jumbo sized black olive split with a paring knife and filled with softened cream cheese. Their feet are carrots cut into round slices. I use my crinkle cutter from The Pampered Chef to get the wavy look. I then make a triangle shape cut in the circle. I save that piece to make the beak. The heads are large black olives that I make a slit in to place the beak. They are standing up with the help of a toothpick.
