My sister in law to be asked me to decorate a couple of store (Gordon Foods) bought cakes.... YIKES.... well after several hours, I had my first "official" grad cakes decorated. I made royal icing flowers and allowed them to dry a couple of days... the graduation cap is solid chocolate. (Using a grad cap mold) So, everything on this cake is edible except the tassel.
