Practice Cake W/ Drop Flowers
This was another practice cake - I tried the recipe from Food Network for cinnamon vanilla cake - not extremely moist, but not too dry. I used the cinnamon -coffee buttercream from CC - AWESOME - even though I didn't use instant coffee like you were supposed to (oops). It was also made so I could practice some drop flowers w/ turning the turntable instead of your hand technique - LOVE that technique!

Wow, I thought this was a cheesecake. Good job on those drop flowers. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try using the turntable instead of twisting my wrist...ouch! :)
