I just wanted to add that this cake is only a 7 inch square. I didn't do a very good job on the corners this time either and it really shows in this pic.
You did a GREAT job. I only do shape cakes (wilton pans), 2 cakes with fondant and don't have a clue about gp!!! :D ;-D
:wink: don't be so hard on yourself! Your colors are great - your bow is perfection. So the corners could be crisper - next time you'll but it back it the frige and use a hot spatula!
