My husband's aunt has 3 parties every summer, Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day so I decided to make a "pool cake" for the Labor Day party. They have a pool so I thought it would be cute to try it and her invitations this time were flip flops so that's why you see all the flip flops. It was yellow cake torted with ganache, BC icing and MMF decorations. The diving board started to bend a little by the time we got there but the cake was a huge hit and tasted great.
