Christmas Pudding Cake
This is just a practice for Christmas... It's a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream,covered in fondant and royal icing. The berries are fondant but the holly is inedible. Some of the icing came off the top after I knocked it but other than that,I'm pretty happy how it turned out.

thankyou for all the nice comments a traditional christmas pudding is like a fruitcake but instead of baking it you steam it,then you serve it with custard :)
