Thanks for comments , easiest way to do the 16 is to make a template from the computer , so that

oops , your rumber has nice clean lines and trace it onto cardboard and then use it to cut out the number you want and make sure you have some hard setting icing , and then put some cake wire thru it for strength and let it dry its effective and easy
