Payton's Wildcat Cake
8 in. vanilla cake with BC icing with RBC decorations on the sides, all other decorations are fondant. The young man was so please with his cake he gave me a big hug. I had a UK basketball made to put on the cake but, my 2yr. old grandson visiting from Ohio got it off the dinning room table and play ball with it, I couldn't save it and there wasn't time to make another. The way he was saying basketball and with all the blue coloring on him, it was so cute that all I could do was laugh.

Sharon this is a GREAT UK cake!! Too bad they aren't going any further this year :( , but I am keeping this in mind for my DS's birthday :) Love it!!!
