Chocolate Mocha Cake
This was for my shift supervisor's birthday. He is a chocoholic so I made a chocolate mocha cake filled with chocolate mocha buttercream. It's iced in chocolate fudge and chocolate ganache poured on top. The swirls and name are white chocolate painted with gold luster dust. There was enough chocolate mocha buttercream left to make truffles to go along with the cake. He was in chocolate heaven.
