Calla Lilly Wedding Cake
I made this cake for two of the most fantastic people I know. The bride chose a very simple but elegant style cake and I loved making it. Thanks to everyone that helped me the tricks to baking a large, square cake. The top tier is strawberry cake with white chocolate filling , middle is dark chocolate fudge with chocolate BC filling, and the bottom tier is Italian Cream cake with white chocolate filling. All tiers were iced in BC and covered in Fondant. The lillies and leaves are fondant/gumpaste.
this is beautiful. Can you tell me what size pans you used on this? I have a freind wanting something similar for her wedding in September
