This cake is for a 5-year old birthday party.  Cakes layers are filled with choc. BC and covered in all white BC.  Airbrushed outsides with luster dust. All flowers are fondant.  Gum paste bows. Pearls are all hand strung fondant.  Flowers, bow and pearls covered in luster dust.  Cake drum is covered in fondant and hand painted with luster dust.
Thanks for the help from Hawaii-five-0 and PeterLori1 for their tips on airbrushing LD on BC!!!!

Kate714- to make the ribbon roses...roll out fondant ~1/4 in. thick and cut 1" to 1-1/2" wide. Fold over lengthwise about 1/3 of the fondant. Tuck corner down to form center and then roll and tuck as you make three revolutions. Sweep the end piece downward and snip off extra fondant. Work with you fingers to get desired finished look. I like these better than plain ribbon roses (without the fold) bc they are fuller and bigger/bolder. Let dry (standing up on cornstarch). Thanks all for your comments

Gorgeous!!! Will you make my birthday cake? lol I love the strings of pearls. How did you stick those in?

Thanks vovo379! (And everyone else). When I strung the pearls, I made sure the clear thread was super long. After cake was assembled, I literally looped the string right over the cake. I used one of the sets of green bobbles with wire as an anchor so the pearls didn't pull on the cake. When's your BD? We could make it together!!!!!
