Princess Castle Cake
Cake is covered in buttercream. Towers are cardboard tubes frosted with royal icing and sanding sugar. Fondant was used for accents. The birthday girl wanted everything pink!

yes the brick is buttercream. I let the buttercream set up and then used a "brick" pattern press.
