My very first time ever using rolled fondant (Wilton's Ready Made). For my daughter's 7th birthday at a Glass-making studio - June 2005. I looked at a picture and free-handed the rose on the cake. At least it's recognizable as a rose.
It reminds me of that also. lol I looked up and printed a photo from the internet and free-handed it onto the cake (just the rose). I then added the other shapes around it and finally "painted" in with watered down icing.
