This is a cake I made for my 85 year old Uncle's girlfriend who is having a birthday tomorrow and will be 83 years old. She loves purple and yellow and adores flowers. So I decided to make her a cake with flowers in her favorite colors. This cake was so easy to do. I had the most of the flowers made from when I took Wilton Course 2. It's a banana cake with cream cheese icing.
