Piano Cake
This is a discontinued Wilton pan set, I had to find it on E-Bay. It was a surprise for my Mom's 60th birthday, which we celebrated at a family reunion. She loved it! I literally had only about 2 hours to make and decorate this cake, so it's not as detailed and nice as I would like, but she was happy.
The icing is just regular chocolate frosting, as I said, I had very little time. I don't use ganache, fondant or marzipan, I am more concerned with my cakes tasting good and they are just for family so they don't have to be perfect. I just do this as my personal gift and for fun.
