High School Graduation Cake

This is a yellow cake with strawberry filling, covered with Pastry Pride, buttercream writing and RI flowers. The base of the cap is cake covered with rolled fondant. The top board of the cap is cardboard covered with rolled fondant. I used a PlayDoh "machine" to push the fondant to make the cord and tassel. Thanks go to the many members for their grad cap ideas.
