My daughter and I made these cakes for a Roaring Twenties style wedding. I must admit that I contributed about 25% of the work and that may be fudging it a bit. The white cakes were champagne with strawberry buttercream filling and strawberry buttercream frosting, the chocolate were dark chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream filling and covered with dark chocolate ganache.

Thank you, sorry I forgot to turn the picture the correct way, duh. Yes they were a lot of work and will NEVER be done again for a large wedding, lol

My daughter ordered the cake pan for these special and baked 200 of them. They were all supposed be covered with ganache, but we couldn't get the white chocolate ganache to work for the champagne ones. The groom had the stand made for me.
