This is a cake I did for my sons teachers grandaughter. It was the first time I made a fondant bow and the first time I used crusting BC I learned a lot that I can apply next time. it is chocolate cake with chocolate filling and vanialla bc. if I could only get the horrifing image of the women cramping it into her car and the cake cracking all over I might be happy with the way it turned out. thanks for looking.
