My DH is princ. of a middle school. He asked me to make some cakes for Teacher's Day. I was in Okinawa at the time in the middle of rainy season. I can't even convey how bad the humidity was affecting the icing. I asked him not to tell anyone who made the cake (I was so unhappy with it) but it got out some how.
