What a stunning cake! NIce job, it looks absolutely beautiful. I've never done hexagon tiers, but they are so elegant!

I love working with hexagon too. In fact, my son wants his groom cake to have a Spiderman theme and I'm using the hexagons to make a city scene.

Tazalexis, Invest in some dummy cakes. DallasFoam.com has incredible prices. Buy the hexagon set, cover the tiers with royal frosting, making sure that you smooth it out, then let it dry for at least two days. Use it to practice on. Use royal frosting again. If you make a mistake, you can just wipe it off and try again. The mistake needs to be wiped off right away because once it dries, you loose your smooth practice surface. To comepletely clean the dummy so you can re-cover it and use it again, so...
