4 Tiered Wedding Cake.  Stacked Construction.  Buttercream covered in fondant with black scrollwork.  I was petrified to decorate this cake with black icing (it is so unforgiving).  Turned out much better than I expected.  This was the first time I had ever covered a cake in fondant

if that's your first fondant covered cake, you're going to do great! I often freeze my iced cakes just a little before covering so they don't mush when you have to smooth the fondant. Great job!
