This is a yellow almond sour cream cake with raspberry mousse filling and chocolate ganache over IMBC, with RI purple daisies I made for a friend. My first time pouring ganache! It was easier than I thought it would be.
Can I ask what size this cake is? It's similar to something I want to do for my husband (minus the flowers - maybe dots or scrolls?) and looks tall. Can you let me know size pans and how many layer (how tall)?

MandyE, I used 6" pans, two cakes torted, so there are four layers altogether. It is a smaller, tall cake, which I love the look of.
