It is a scene from a song from Widespread Panic. The customers are HUGE fans of the band. So, the song talks about an old guy sitting in his chair, it's 10:13, he is drinking stout, smoking um...."cigerettes", eating chicken, looking at the neighbor girl through his window. It is acually a remake of a song from an old reagee(SP?) group, the song is called "Arlene". It is one of those songs that the fans of the group love because the lyrics are always changing alttile, especially when they sing i...
