Birthday Cake
This is a cake I did for my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. She likes to be called "mother". This was also the first birthday party she's ever had!

For the blue flower I used closed star tip #35 (for deeper groves). For the yellow flower I believe I used either tip 21 or tip 32. I also like to use tip 2D for larger rosettes with deep groves.

Top border is a rope border - tip 21. Do it in an "S" motion starting each "S" in the middle of the previous "S".
what tip did u use for the flower?
I used an open star tip for the rosettes (can't remember specific number) and tip 104 for the rosebuds. I will reply tomorrow w/ specific tip number.
