Nightmare Before Christmas Cake
This cake was a disaster from the start! I can't even begin to say how many things went wrong, but I did my best to make it work, thank god it was just a practice cake for my teen niece, who was more happy that it was covered in her favorite colors and she got to keep the jack mug of roses. The spots all over it are from us bringing it to my sisters in the rain and it not being covered. This was my 1st stacked cake, my 1st time w/ fresh flowers, 1st time w/ pixie dust, and a lot of other firsts.

Aww thanks you guys!!! as far as the mistakes, they were more behind the scene. One of the 10 cakes (red velvet) collapsed when I took it out of the pan. It was around 10:30 Saturday night, and poor DH drove all over looking for another red velvet cake and alas, none were to be found! a few of the fondant pieces cracked and broke, so i had to rush to make new ones... lots of little things. I was up until 4am finishing it and by that time i was too tired and stressed to care
