Cow Pie Farewell Cake

Yellow cake "dirt" frosted with buttercream and covered in green coconut "grass" and chocolate "pebbles" . Cow Pie is a brownie with pine nuts covered in a chocolate ganache. This was a farewell for a co-worker who was leaving to work for a local ranch.
