I love the detail. Are the fish cake? How did you do the flowers? Do you have cutters for those flowers?

Thanks for the comments. The fish are rice crispie treat. I would have done cake but the cake had to travel about 3 hours. The red and white flowers were made from cutters but the other (forget the name) "tropical" flowers were sort of an experiment. I made strips of the colors and stacked them up. Then I cut them diagonally to the "petals" and then attached them together in the flower shape.
