This is a Superman birthday cake for a little boy's 3rd birthday. The cake is white cake with buttercream icing. The Superman logo is an FBCT. I used the Wilton Superman food colors, and I couldn't believe how much it took to make the colors this vivid! It took the entire (small) jar of Superman red to get my icing this shade of red (there was some left over, though).
