This was done for my hairdressers husband who was turning 40. The flag, golf club and ball were made out of fondant. I tried the CC chocolate syrup icing and it was very tasty! I liked the rich dark color of it too.

Could you let me in on the chocolate icing recipe? I have not been able to find a good rich one that you can decorate with.(to do roses etc.) thanks...
