Holiday Snap!
This cake went on holiday with this couple to celebrate their anniversary. Florist wire was used to stick into the flower heads but other than that the rest of the design was edible, although it has been kept as a keepsake. The design again was done onto a cake card and attached to the cake with royal icing.

A cake card is a thinner version of a cake drum, the board that a cake is placed onto. I cover it with paste as I would a board, and create the design from there.
