Here's a picture of the cake and stand. I covered the cake stand with fondant and then tied tulle around the base to make a tutu.

Thank you!!! I used an 8 inch cake & cut out wedges to build up the back for the tutu. The ruffles were made with a garrett ruffle cutter. All the directions are in Debbie Brown's Enchanted Cakes book. Over the last 4 years, I managed to get in Wilton I, II, III courses. I really have only decorated cakes as a hobby and started to take classes so that I could make great cakes for my children!
