This is a cake I made for my twin's 3rd birthday party. It was from Debbie Brown's Enchanted Cakes book. I made two smaller versions of this on top of cupcakes so each one of my girls would have their own cake and candles to blow out.

Just beautiful! Are there garret frills around the back? How did you get the shine on the dress. Looks like porcelain.

Thank you! There are garret frills on the back of the dress as well. I used the pearl luster dust as well as a pink luster dust to get the shine. All the directions are in Debbie Brown's book!
