Monet Using "buttercream On Fondant"
I'm so excited to share this with everyone, I just wish pictures would do this cake justice. A friend asked me to do a cake for a party for Docents (art critics, I have come to learn) and she requested a painting. Well, I have dabbled in painting with acrylics, so I told her I would do it. I picked out a Monet that is coming to the NC Art Museum in the near future, purchased some new brushes, and went to work on this creation. Chocolate ganache covers the cake & decorated w/ whipped ganache.
