Oh my gosh...I don't think you went over the top! I am not a chocolate lover, but I could eat a big ol' piece about now!!! Looks scrumptious!! I have a client who LOVES chocolate on chocolate...this would be one of her favs! Good job!
Looks wonderful. There is nothing better than chocolate on chocolate! I am actually doing a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate cream filling, chocolate icing and a fudge ganache with fresh fruit (posted on CC site recently) next weekend. I think a gallon of milk will be in order for drinks.
