This was for my final class. It was a course through the city I live in parks and recreation department. It was 8 weeks of one nite a week for 2 hours. We were allowed to choose our design. I did Paula Deen's Irish Creme Cake with my own buttercream icing and substituted Bailey's for the liquid!!!!
