I didn't get my red really red like I wanted to. I was scared that if I added too much coloring (used Wilton Red Red), we would be able to taste it.

The red is nice. I know what you mean about the Wilton Red. It happened to me and I had to end up ordering Americolor, which worked great.
yes, I am really thinking I am going to have to switch!! So many people on here have said how good the Americolor is!
