Wow, thanks for all the wonderful comments. I really appreciate it. The monogram is a trick I learned here. I do not have an edible printer, so I just printed it on regular paper and glued it with water onto gumpaste and told the customer to remove before eating. The pearls are just fondant balls rolled in luster dust.
