Chocolate cake, 8" raspberry cream filling, 6" peanut butter cream filling, buttercream with fondant accents. Made this while on vacation for my two nieces combined birthday party. First time making a tiered cake! I was in a hurry and hoped to use the viva method to smooth the buttercream but it didn't start to crust until I was finished putting it together.
