Birthday Cake
My Sister (Sharibearie) and I rec'd our 2nd order for a birthday cake. We are doing this on the side for fun (apparently not for profit yet :) ) They wanted a half sheet cake and this was the final result. choc fudge cake w/German Choc filling, choc bc frosting & bc roses. In our excitement, we kept adding more & more roses... :) was fun!!
This was SOOOO fun, Sister! I definitely need to practice my roses...argh! Can't wait to do more!! love you! :lol:

How do you get your chocolate bc SO dark? I have problems with that! Beautiful cake!!
Thank you, everybody for your comments! We really appreciate it!! :) had alot of fun making it. "beez", we used the "My Easy Chocolate Buttercream Frosting" recipe in the recipe section. Each recipe (for 3 cups total yield) calls for 3/4 cup cocoa, and it is really chocolately... :)
