This is my second cookie bouquet. Had problems with the cookies falling off the sticks. Managed to get these four only to wake up the next morning to find the front one had fallen off. Rolled them 3/8-inch thickness and am going to try 1/2-inch next time around.
Great job! Just wondering, do you use a guide to roll your cookies out to a certain thickness. If so, what do you use and where did you get it? Thanks!
These are beautiful...sorry you had trouble with the sticks. I put mine in right when they come out of the oven and usually have no problems. Sometimes I use a little icing to help "secure" them.

They are really cute! How far in are you putting the stick?
Sorry you had such a hard time with them, but the bouquet is pretty

Thank you! About to the middle of the cookie. However, most were too close to the back of the cookie.
For all your trouble they turned out really cute. Obviously you do good work even frustrtated.
Ninas09 - My husband made me some guides that I use. However, I believe that you can purchase rings for rolling pins that will help you with that.
Very pretty. Icing is perfect!

Cute cookies!!! I put my sticks on after they are cooled with the candy melts and they never fall off.
