Purse Cake
I had so much fun making my very first purse cake for my daughter's birthday. It is white pound cake filled with buttercream and raspberry jam with fresh raspberries and covered in MMF. The shoe is white chocolate.

They came out great. Is the shoe the chocolate mold but just kept hollow?

That is great! How did you do the shoe??
Thanks. The shoe is a mold I purchased from sugarcraft. After it was hard I used craft knife to carefully remove the center top so it could be hollow.

To make things easier go to sugarcraft.com click on candy molds look for women, find the high heel shoes page right below click on 3D high heel shoe instructions #2. I had to do it twice before it came out right. You have to turn the mold often to get even coverage. Hope it works for you. Good luck. And thanks for looking.
