100 Years Of Celebration
I made this cake for a friend's Grandfather who was turning 100 years young1 She wanted bright and cheerful. The design came from the napkins used.The dots are made of buttercream and just pressed flat with finger(dipped in cornstarch). Later we switched the foam cut outs in the bowl for colored mints(they were hard to find in the stores here).
