hi, i used the 3d egg pan, and i used 1/4 cup of lard (shortening) 1/4 cup of butter, and 200g of icing sugar, and flavouring. what are you supposed to do with the paper? peel it off, slide it off? i dont know!

He looks terrific! You let the frosting crust, then gently rub it. You don't actually cover the cake with the paper-just hold it in your hand and rub the frosting. Great cake!

As an avid Potatoe Head fan, who has all the toys since the original one, this cake is just too cool !!!!

OMG, I'm in love with Mr. Potato Head!!! What I do for smoothing, I also use wax paper and then with a fondant smoother just smooth out all the imperfections. HTH and 2 thumbs up!! Great job!

You could try letting the icing crust over and then lay a plain weaved paper towel over the cake and rub it with a fondant smoother.
