Gumpaste Rose
This is a picture of my second attempt to make a gumpaste rose. I took a class at the mid-michigan sugar workshops and learned how to do this... i hope (when i have to go and do it from memory)

It's beautiful!! Once I get a few big tasks done here at home I am sittting down with all my gumpaste flower stuff and learn how to do this. I hope I can do this well.
Perfect! How did you do the center? It's not the traditonal "Wilton" center.
The center is a typical cone but it is hidden a little more from view.
