This is the White Almond Sour Cream Cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Since it was for my sisters birthday and she is at Disneyland today I picked up the little Disney package topper and moved the strawberries around so it would look more like a birthday cake then just a regular cake.

What did you put the topping on with? OH, it was whipped cream out of the can right?

LOL No can whipped cream for me! I used the real stuff and mixed a bit of Pastry Pride with it so it would hold up better.

It's from Deco pak I got it at a cake supply store near me.
