Kenzie's 1St Birthday Cake
This cake I did for my daughter's first birthday. It was my first attempt at a tiered cake. Still need a lot more practice, but it was fun to do. It's a 9" choc with whipped choc ganache filling and a 6" vanilla with pastry cream and raspberry filling. Smash cake is 5" vanilla and choc. I had two fairies to go on the cake, but they fell apart and company was coming in the door. Thanks for looking!

That is beautiful; how did you do her name?
I used 50/50 fondant and gumpaste mixed together. I rolled out a long snake and then just bent it into her name. The letter K fell apart as I was trying to attach it to the 1. You can see the repairs I did to make it stay. I should have finished it WAY sooner then I did incase of breakeage.

I used super pearl dust......it's like luster dust.
