Contruction Graduation
This was done for a friend who graduated college ... in some sort of farm engineering thing =) He works with his Dad in a gravel crushing type of job ... and he loves snowbording ... well I'm from TX so I had to get on the internet to figure out what snowboarding was!!! Obviously this was a very different cake for me! =) But it was a ton of fun! All carrot cake (weighed a ton), covered in MMF, royal icing trees, and RI covered cookies ... found out all about John Deere tractors, too =)

Thanks! This was fun ... but very time consuming! Does anyone know if there is a way to flip the picture over?? Opps! :?

This is a fun cake. I like how all the tiers are different. And I like the cookies. As for flipping the image, I have paint shop pro and I click on Image->rotate.I'm not sure about other programs.
