Lychee Cake
This is a pic of a Lychee Cake that I make for a restaurant. Its a white cake recipe. I substitute the milk for the lychee syrup. After the cake is baked I brush the cake with the left over lychee juice. It is decorated with a swiss meringue icing. In the middle I put some of the lychee fruit. It is quite yummy.

What a beautiful cake, I love the color of the icing-and the top border makes me want to put my finger in & scoop out a big hunk of frosting! Beautiful job
