Done in BC, used the stitching wheel to make the diamond pattern.  Babies, stars and moon, and buttons done in fondant.  Cakes were red velvet with diabetic cream chs.  Cakes turned out a little tall, measured 7 inches high for the 6" and 10" round

Thanks for the comments, I am getting a little better at the fondant look with BC, I think because of the pic, you can't see flaws.

I love it, especially the snoozing baby on top! Really well done, looks like fondant to me. I wish I could smooth like that!

Thanks guys, Tammiemarie in person it is not as smooth as it appears on camera, but I am getting better at smoothing as time goes on, just keep practicing:)
