Under The Sea/brandon's 1St B'day
All BC and with royal fish, seaweed, and coral. Small shells on the bottom tier are white chocolate. Bottom tier is chocolate cake w/cherry filling, middle is marble cake w/bc, top tier is vanilla cake w/strawberry preserves and fresh sliced strawberries. 1/4 sheet cake to the left is what I call orange creamsicle with bc.
Wow, amazing job.....how did you get the seaweed to look 3d on the bottom tier?
The seaweed on top is royal icing, made flat on a piece of wax paper, tip # 352. Can't remember what tip i used for the side of the cake. I think it was also 352. The seaweed on the side is just BC.
I love the detail and the fish are really cool. Great job!
